Credit Administrative Specialist | Covington, LA
Position Summary: This position reports to the Credit Officer and is responsible for verifying previously scanned documents and indexing into our image system. Position will also be responsible for updating Financial Notes within the core system, as well as answering the telephones, and making copies for the Credit and Loans Department. Special projects will vary from time to time.
Experience and Education: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); Over 1 year, up to and including 2 years of loan document experience preferred.
Customer Service Representative (CSR) | Covington, LA
Position Summary: This position reports to the Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, or Business & Branch Services Director. This position is responsible for assisting customers desiring to open bank accounts, explaining banking services available to prospective customers and assisting them in preparing application forms.
Experience and Education: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); 5+ years of banking (branch) experience, with at least 2 years of Relationship Manager related experience.
Personal Banker (Teller) | Floater
Position Summary: This position reports to the Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, or Business and Branch Services Director. This position is also responsible for maintaining and balancing a cash drawer in addition to rotating the branch vault, which includes cash, coin, negotiable instruments, etc.
Experience and Education: High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate). Previous teller experience preferred. Cash handling experience preferred.
Portfolio Manager | Slidell, LA
Position Summary: This position reports to the Commercial and Private Banking Officer and is responsible for managing the loan and deposit portfolio developed by the officer as well as assisting others in the department, including the Commercial and Private Banking Officers. Supports in strengthening/maintaining relationships with clients in all aspects of Commercial and Private Banking lending including, but not limited to, customer relationships, evaluating, authorizing, or recommending approval loans and deposits.
Experience and Education: Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university; or four or more years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience required. Over 1 years of banking/lending support experience preferred.
