Human Resources Assistant


Position Summary: This position reports to the Human Resources Manager and is responsible for the coordination of document scanning and indexing into our image system, providing direct support to the Payroll & Benefits Coordinator as well as the HR Generalist. Further, this position is responsible for providing administrative assistance to the Human Resources department with daily activities and special projects.   

Experience and Education:
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); College Degree preferred, but a combination of education and experience directly in the Human Resources will be considered. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs: Excel, PowerPoint and Word.

Receptionist


Position Summary: This position reports to the Marketing Manager and is responsible for answering inquiries, obtaining information for general public, customers, visitors, and other interested parties. Provide information regarding activities conducted at establishment: location of departments, offices, and employees within organization. Provide assistance and backup to various departments to complete essential bank wide functions.  

Experience and Education:
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate) required; Over 1 year, up to and including 2 years of relevant work experience. Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Banking experience preferred.

Network and Computer Systems Administrator


Position Summary: This position reports to the Manager of Electronic Banking and Information Technology and provides technical assistance to computer system users. Duties include a variety of tasks with technical difficulties ranging from entry level PC support to high level security administration. User or device support may be conducted in person, via telephone, or from remote location. This position may provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems. This position also provides high level of support for networks and system security, and plays an active role in project implementation. Frequent use of personal vehicle may be required.  

Experience and Education:
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 4 years of information technology experience is required. Experience with virtual server environment is preferred. Experience in the banking industry is preferred.

Position Summary: This position reports to the Security and Facilities Manager and is responsible for picking up and carrying messages, documents, packages, and other items between offices or departments within an establishment or to other business concerns, traveling by automobile.

Administrative Assistant - Credit


Position Summary: This position reports to the Credit Officer. This position is responsible for duties too varied and diverse to be classified in any specific office clerical occupation. Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures and the administration of the above areas/departments. Assignments may include a combination of answering telephones, bookkeeping, typing or word processing, office machine operation, and filing.  

Experience and Education:
High School Diploma (or GED or High School Equivalence Certificate); Over 3 years of a combination of administrative and property management experience preferred. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other job related specialized computer software.

Lead Personal Banker - Hwy 21


Position Summary: This is a full-time position is responsible for overseeing all Personal Bankers within the office to ensure the smooth and orderly operation of the teller line and related functions. This position is also responsible for maintaining and balancing a cash drawer in addition to the branch vault, which includes cash, coin, negotiable instruments, etc.

Position Summary: This position reports to the Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Manager, or Business and Branch Services Director. This position is responsible for the receiving and paying out of money, for keeping records of money and negotiable instruments involved in the bank’s various transactions.
